The Challenge
Gapit Nordics needed a centralized platform where customers could efficiently manage their support tickets, request new integrations, and monitor their locations, while ensuring secure and seamless access through enterprise authentication.
Our Solution
We developed a modern web application using Next.js and React, integrated with Supabase for backend operations, implemented Microsoft Azure SSO for secure authentication, and integrated with Zendesk for ticket management.
The Outcome
Successfully delivered a proof-of-concept portal that streamlined customer interactions, reduced support overhead, and provided a secure, intuitive interface for managing Gapit services.
